Math for Operators

Description: This class will cover the understanding of basic math concepts and formulas for water and wastewater operators including areas, volume, conversions, pounds, formulas, velocity, flow, head, and hydraulics and more for system operators. Please bring your calculators and system questions

Pumps & Pumping
Time: 1 pm – 4:15 pm
CEUs: 0.3 Water/Wastewater ESAC #6216
Cost: $110 for Members / $160 for Non-Members
Description: This three-hour course details the types of pumps used in the water and wastewater field. We will review the types of pumps used for different applications, their efficiencies, what type of maintenance is required, and basic water and wastewater system hydraulics.
Instructor: Hans Schroeder, Keith Bedell, OAWU Staff
Cost for Both Classes: $205 for Members / $255 for Non-Members
