Full Conference is Tuesday–Thursday, October 26-28, 2021 This conference has a variety of concurrent classes available with the ability to earn up to 2.1 CEUs in Water and Wastewater. Description: This class will discuss the required aspects of the Oregon Administrative Rule 690-086-315, highlighting information for those small – medium sized water systems that are writing their initial water management conservation plan or revision of an existing plan. Discussions will focus on points necessary in the five sections of your plan, and those follow up five-year progress reports. Know the data to collect to meet those elements required in the progress report.

Description: This class will assist the water and wastewater system operator in outlining the specific points in developing the draft of the operations and maintenance manual. Step by step, each attendee will create their draft as it relates to their utility system during class, completing the document with a series of e-files at their home location.

Description: This course is designed to provide you with some basic knowledge of leak detection practices and correlation methods. Students will be instructed in the basics and background theory of leak detection to better utilize basic correlation techniques for distribution and collection systems. Participants will learn various methods available to identify and find leaks. A variety of equipment will be demonstrated and used to aid students in accurately pinpointing leaks in all types of pipe materials.
