The OAWU Annual Management & Technical Conference is designed to help the rural water and wastewater professional stay on top of important issues within the industry. The conference sessions are where attendees learn about the most recent developments in the industry. These professionals from all over the state and country will be in Sunriver to learn as much as they can about the latest techniques and new technology and ever changing regulations.

EQUIPMENT AND ELECTRICAL
Sunriver Resort is happy to provide any special equipment, electrical hook-up or wireless access needed (additional charges may apply). Sunriver provides complimentary Wi-Fi internet access. Please notify the meeting planner for convention needs prior to arrival.
Each Exhibitor will receive an OAWU logo to visibly hide in their display. Attendees must individually visit each booth; write down the number listed on the logo next to the appropriate Exhibitor’s name on their sheet, and turn in their sheet to the registration desk by Thursday, 3:30 pm. Winner will receive $500 cash.
EXHIBITOR DOOR PRIZE DRAWINGS
OAWU requests that prizes be valued $50. All drawings will take place Thursday during the hospitality social between 5 – 8 pm. OAWU requests a business card with the description of the prize written on the back and turned into the registration desk by 3:00 pm. on Thursday.

The exhibitor area cannot be completely isolated. We recommend that you not leave valuables when not present. OAWU and Sunriver Resort will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen valuables or damage to exhibit area. The indoor Exhibitor Locations will be locked during the evenings and no security personnel will be available.
Information from Sunriver regarding shipment instructions will be attached with email confirmation of registration received.
