Darrell started as a Utility Worker in 1989 and then worked up to be a level 4 in water and level 3 in Wastewater. He then worked as a circuit rider for 6 years at OAWU and then moved on to be a Public Works director for various places and after 8 years he retired. He is now back at OAWU as a Field Specialist.
