Tollgate Property Owners Association
Tollgate Property Owners Association and the Tollgate Water Company are looking for a qualified candidate to assist with maintaining a 440-property community located in Sisters, Oregon. Duties are as follows:
Tollgate Property Owners Association:
Assist current staff with the following –
- Building maintenance- electrical, plumbing, septic, exterior, and interior carpentry, heating/air systems, etc.
- Road maintenance – patching, cleaning, grade sides of roads and fire exit roads
- Common areas – recreational areas, lawn, sprinkler systems, tree and weed removal, trash pickup, etc.
- Maintain pool equipment and pool house.
- Maintain equipment
- Snow removal & cinder application
- Assist Planning & Land Use Review Committee with inspections
- 24-hour emergency on call
- Training when required
- And all other reasonable assigned duties
Tollgate Property Owners Association:
Assist the Water Distribution Manager and current staff with the following –
- Maintaining two well houses
- Assist with repairing leaks in water system
- New service hookup
- Cross connection Install and Repairs
- Test blow offs, main valves, and fire hydrants
- Mark all blow offs and main valves
- Call in and mark locates
- 24-hour emergency on call
- Training when required
- And all other reasonable assigned duties
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required ∙ High school diploma or GED, Valid Driver’s License ∙ Three years of maintenance experience ∙ Property management maintenance experience preferred ∙ Cross connection back flow assembly inspection certification helpful ∙ pool operator certification helpful ∙ Ability to follow, monitor and implement Oregon OSHA safe workplace practices ∙ Ability to operate heavy equipment such as skid steer, backhoe, wheel loader, and snow plowing equipment ∙ Able to read, understand and follow written instructions ∙ Operate a computer efficiently ∙ Ability to complete reports ∙ Willingness to take direction from a Board of Directors ∙ Ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and the public ∙ Lift and carry items weighing up to 75 pounds ∙ Frequently, bend, stoop and reach to move items at various heights (i.e., floor level, shoulder level or using a ladder) ∙ Stand/walk for shifts up to 8 hours (breaks are given during the shift)
