Math for Operators 8:00 am – 12:15 pm

Description: This class will cover the understanding of basic math concepts and formulas for water and wastewater operators including areas, volume, conversions, pounds, formulas, velocity, flow, head, and hydraulics and more for system operators. Please bring your calculators and system questions.

Pumps & Pumping 1:15 pm – 4:30 pm
CEUs: 0.3 Water/WW/OS ESAC #3560
Cost: $90 for Members / $110 for Non-Members
Description: This three-hour course will describe in detail the types of pumps used in the water and wastewater field. It will cover the types of pumps used for different applications, their efficiencies, what type of maintenance these pumps require and basic water and wastewater system hydraulics.
