Exhibit Booth Space
Sunriver provides complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access. Each paid registration includes: one 4’x8′ floor space with 3’x6′ skirted table, electrical access, one breakfast, two lunch’s and OAWU hosted hospitality social. Any display larger than 4’x8′ will be charged accordingly. Please register by February 21, 2025 to ensure your company name on the exhibitor list.

REGISTRATION POLICY
If you register for the Annual Conference and fail to attend without providing OAWU with a 30-day prior notice (no later than February 4, 2025), NO REFUNDS will be issued and/or you will be billed for a full registration.
