EXHIBITING DAYS – August 18 & 19
Exhibit Booth Space The Seaside Convention Center provides complimentary Wi-Fi internet access.
- Standard Booths located in the Pacific exhibit hall and hallway.
- Prime Booths are located in the front lobby area by main entrance.
- Booth spaces/tables will not be assigned; it is a first come first served basis.
- Package pricing includes a 4’x8′ booth space or table, electrical access and free Wi-Fi.
- Additional company representatives are $195 each.

If you register for the 31st Annual Summer Classic Conference and fail to attend without providing OAWU with 30-day prior notice (no later than Thursday, July 17, 2025) NO REFUNDS will be issued and/or you will be billed for full registration.
