Heceta Water People’s Utility District

Salary: $61,303 – $95,101 annually PLUS a great benefits package

Heceta Water People’s Utility District is looking for a qualified individual to fill the position of Operator 2. Qualified candidates shall be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to pass both a pre-employment physical and pre-employment drug test, need to live within 30 minutes of the Treatment Plant to fill on-call responsibilities and have a clean driving record. Mandatory requirements include Oregon Health Authority’s Water Treatment Level 2 and Filter Endorsement and Water Distribution Level 2 certifications. Candidates must have a positive attitude and be a highly motivated individual, have a strong mechanical aptitude, and have a desire to have a long term career in public drinking water. Salary range is $61,303 – $95,101 annually PLUS a great benefits package. Applications and full job descriptions can be picked up at our office at 87845 Hwy 101 or on our website at www.hwpud.com.
