FULL TIME ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
Colton Water District, a rural community located in Southeast Clackamas County Oregon, is accepting applications for a full-time Administrative Manager. This is a job share position providing administrative support to Colton Water District that provides potable surface water to 500 customers and administrative support to Colton Fire District under the direction of the board of directors. The Administrative Manager provides a wide variety of bookkeeping, administrative and clerical tasks related to the general operation of both districts while working closely with the water superintendent and the fire chief. Both districts’ vision is to provide efficient and courteous support to our rural community while working in a friendly and upbeat team atmosphere. Your contribution will matter.
Required Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent.
Current, proficient experience in an office organization including organizing workload, recording financial transactions, managing budgets. Advanced experience required in processing payroll, accounts receivable/accounts payable using Excel, QuickBooks, Word and a 10-key calculator. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, have strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Previous experience working with utility billing software, governmental budgets and supervisory background is preferable.
Pay Range: $23.50 – $29.50 per hour DOE
