Understanding the Requirements of the WMCP

Time: 9am – 12:00pm

CEUs: 0.3 Total Water    ESAC #4351

Cost: $100 for Members / $150 for Non-Members

Description: This class will discuss the required aspects of the Oregon Administrative Rule 690-086-315, highlighting information for those small – medium sized water systems that are writing their initial water management conservation plan or revision of an existing plan. Discussions will focus on points necessary in the five sections of your plan, and those follow up five-year progress reports. Know the data to collect to meet those elements required in the progress report.

Leak Detection

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm

CEUs: 0.2 Water/WW   ESAC #4396

Cost: $70 for Members / $120 for Non-Members

Description: This course is designed to provide you with some basic knowledge of leak detection practices and correlation methods. Students will be instructed in the basics and background theory of leak detection to better utilize basic correlation techniques for distribution and collection systems. Participants will learn various methods available to identify and find leaks. A variety of equipment will be demonstrated and used to aid students in accurately pinpointing leaks in all types of pipe materials.
