 r personnel will see what it takes to get through a real-life emergency. I
 t will cover the steps necessary to take during and after an emergency wit
 h the utility and will cover what steps to take before an emergency to ens
 ure the actions taken during the events are as smooth as possible. Who to 
 contact\, what is our critical equipment\, and how do we communicate durin
 g the emergency? How do we debrief and clean up after the emergency and wh
 at do we take away to improve the next potential situation at the utility?
